Superior brand differentiation and a focus on customer service and installation quality has enabled Wood Concept to be justifiably perceived as an equal and in many instances a superior brand to well-established local and foreign names. Its main place of operation is on the high street area of Takhsusi, where consumer traffic and activity of institutional buyers is highest. The sales mix has steadily diversified to serve the various niches in the luxury wood flooring market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Geographic coverage was recently stretched beyond the greater Riyadh area to cover the Jeddah hotel market, where Wood Concept installed Parador’s stylish Trend Time 5 and Trend Time 2 laminate flooring.
